Organic Tea - Chai

Organic loose-leaf Chai tea by Tauranga-based tea makers, Webster's Tea. In India, spiced chai tea is a big part of everyday life. Starting with an organic full-bodied black tea, the Webster's blend combines a variety of warm spices that any chai wallah would be proud to serve. Harmonious and balanced.

Certified-organic ingredients: black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom seeds, cloves, fennel, black pepper, licorice root, natural spice flavour. Contains medium-caffeine.

Brewing: 

• Hot: 1 teaspoon per 250ml cup, add boiled water, steep for 3-5 minutes
• Cold: 8 tablespoons into a large jar, add 1.2L cold water, cover & refrigerate overnight (8-12 hours), strain out the tea leaves and pour over ice
