Each piece is a unique work of art, expertly crafted to mirror water and ice, featuring the HOMU logo gently etched into the top of each piece. Kaiseki is a style of traditional Japanese cuisine in which a series of small, intricate dishes are prepared. Dishes are presented in small proportions to focus on each ingredient's beauty and freshness.
