How to: Place the Sugi bag in a bowl, pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, add the steeped water and the sugi bag to the bathtub. For a stronger aroma, squeeze and knead the sugi bag while in the bath. When finished, remove the flakes from the bag to dry thoroughly, then use them as a natural air freshener with essential oils added, or place them in an aroma lamp and burn them.
